December 30th New Years Workshop w/ Audrey

Join Audrey for a special class to prepare for the all the New Year has to offer. Audrey will guide students through breath, meditation, and postures to prepare the body, mind, and Spirit for all the possibilities the New Year brings. Following this practice, the group will come together in circle to drum, dream, journey, and vision for the New Year. Students are asked to bring drums if they have them.
